CESSAMO provides its consumers with a Virtual Complaints Book, in accordance with Peruvian consumer protection legislation.
The Complaints Book Regulations are governed by Supreme Decree No. 011-2011-PCM, within the framework of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code.
Complaint
A complaint constitutes an expression of dissatisfaction related to the products or services purchased.
Grievance
A grievance constitutes an expression of dissatisfaction regarding aspects that are not necessarily directly related to the product or service purchased.
Submission
Consumers may submit their complaint by:

The form must contain the information required by applicable regulations.
Response
CESSAMO will address complaints and grievances within the timeframes established by current legislation.
Consumers may also contact the relevant authorities when appropriate. Indecopi notes that consumers can first file their complaint with the supplier through the Complaints Book and, if necessary, subsequently contact the relevant authority.
