CESSAMO.COM aims to facilitate the sale of products through electronic means, offering goods of both domestic and imported origin.

The platform may include products belonging to different categories, brands, manufacturers, and suppliers.

Information about each product will be presented in a way that allows consumers to understand its essential characteristics before making a purchase.

1.2. Legal Capacity to Contract

The user declares that they have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Peru.

When applicable, purchases made by minors must be made through their parents, legal representatives, or legally authorized guardians.

1.3. Product Information

Before making a purchase, the consumer may consult, as applicable:

Product name.

Brand.

Model.

Features.

Dimensions.

Material.

Color.

Price.

Availability.

Delivery conditions.

Warranty.

Country of origin, when applicable.

The images shown may be for reference purposes only when expressly indicated.

1.4. Prices

Prices will be published in soles (S/), unless a different currency is expressly indicated.

CESSAMO may modify prices, promotions, and commercial terms. However, for a successfully completed purchase, the applicable terms and conditions will be honored in accordance with applicable law.

A transaction will not be considered complete simply by adding a product to the cart.

1.5. Purchase Process

The consumer must:

Select the product.

Review its features.

Add it to the cart.

Register their information.

Select the delivery method.

Choose the payment method.

Review the transaction summary.

Confirm the purchase.

CESSAMO may send a confirmation to the email address or phone number provided by the consumer.

1.6. Availability

Sales are subject to stock availability.

In the event of an exceptional incident regarding product availability, CESSAMO will promptly notify the consumer and will proceed in accordance with the rights and alternatives established by applicable regulations.

1.7. Imported Products

CESSAMO may sell products from international markets.

When applicable, the consumer will be informed of the country of origin, manufacturer, brand, characteristics, and other relevant information.

Imported products will be subject to the applicable regulations regarding import, marketing, safety, restrictions, and authorizations.

1.8. Payment Methods

CESSAMO may offer cards, transfers, digital wallets, and other enabled payment methods.

Transaction approval will depend, where applicable, on the payment service provider.

CESSAMO will not request PINs, passwords, or confidential card codes through channels other than those established for the transaction.

1.9. Delivery

Products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery times will be provided before completing the purchase and may vary depending on the destination, availability, shipping method, and logistics provider.

1.10. Prohibited Conduct

The user agrees not to:

Use false information.
Use unauthorized third-party accounts.
Conduct fraudulent transactions.
Interfere with the platform's security.
Introduce malicious code.
Obtain information through unauthorized means.
Use the platform for illegal purposes.

1.11. Modification of Terms

CESSAMO may update these terms as necessary.

Modifications will be published on the platform and will be applicable prospectively, without affecting previously acquired rights.

1.12. Applicable Law

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Peru.

Regarding consumer protection, current Peruvian legislation shall apply, including Law No. 29571 and its amendments.
